Inclusion Matters Here

Where Y’All Means All

The Greater Cincinnati regional business community continues to lead the way in inclusion and equal rights. In 2024, Cincinnati received a perfect score on the Human Rights Campaign’s Municipal Equality Index. Greater Cincinnati is also the birthplace of the Minority Business Accelerator (MBA). Run by the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber, the MBA is considered a national model for minority economic development.

The City of Covington has scored 100 on the Municipal Equality Index every year since 2020, in ratings released by the Human Rights Campaign, the nation’s largest LGBTQ advocacy group. Covington was the first city in Kentucky to adopt the CROWN Act and more information is available on the city's website.

Eight Northern Kentucky cities – Covington, Dayton, Bellevue, Highland Heights, Fort Thomas, Cold Spring, Newport and Crescent Springs – have passed fairness ordinances banning LGBTQ discrimination in employment, housing, and public accommodations over the last several years.
